One bill which might be passed would be to let medical marijuana benefits for people with chronic conditions and pain to use it. The other one is to allow for those older and 21 to buy and use pot for recreational use. However, there are a number of stipulations to the second bill. If the second invoice is passed and use and those are allowed to buy it, they might have to pay a tax on their purchase. Also, those establishments that have a permit will only sell the pot.

The supply side will never be stopped, however. The so-called"war on drugs" over the years is sufficient proof that the effort is pretty much worthless.
